Local Artist Embraces Temporary Art

While most of us are just trying to get the eyes even, Cuba native Eric Jones is carving pumpkins weighing thousands of pounds.

So, how does someone make a living carving pumpkins? And why spend days creating something that’s eventually going to rot?

SBU-TV’s Riley Bell caught up with Jones to find out.
